Roosevelt's AFJROTC celebrated the 75th Birthday of the United States Air Force on Monday, September 18. The Alpha "Raptors" and Bravo "Blackbirds" were proud to recognize the long and honorable heritage of the Air Force.





HOMECOMING FRIDAY REMINDERS! All students are encouraged to wear their WE ARE ONE t-shirts. Let's end Homecoming Week with cardinal filled hallways.
LUNCH FRIDAY: Student have the option for school lunch or to purchase a food truck meal ($5 cash) during the lunch periods. We will not have Open Lunch. Students with wristbands will receive a ticket before their lunch period from Student Council.
FOOTBALL GAME: RHS Rough Riders play the Harrisburg Tigers at Howard Wood Field at 5:00 PM. Tickets are $3 for students without an Activity Pass and $5 for adults. The wristbands DO NOT work for game entrance. In addition, there will be student tailgating in the home parking lot at 3:30 PM with pizza provided by the Roosevelt Booster Club.
RIDERFEST AND DANCE: Following the football game, the Student Council will host RiderFest at Roosevelt from 8:00-11:00 PM. Students will need their school ID and $5 or a wristband to enter. Students can enjoy music from DJ Jer, open gym, karaoke, games and more. The SDSU Ice Cream Truck will be available as well starting at 8:30 PM. Dress is casual.

Mrs. Hamann: We are doing a Homer-ostasis Lab in Basics of the Human Body! Lots of laughter as we tried keeping Homer Simpson alive while maintaining homeostasis with various body systems.
